NAVEL PIERCING: As often as you touch your piercing, simply spray it and forget it. A few times a day and after showering, just spray it, and it is okay to get the spray inside to help your body to heal itself faster. For additional after care advice, we do suggest that you do not go for all the cute bangles until the piercing has had a chance to close, as the metals in the charms can cause irritation.
TONGUE PIERCING: For after care use, we suggest that you take an ibuprofen product to help with the swelling, and use Love My Piercing every time you eat, drink, smoke, kiss, or put anything in your mouth besides water. Just spray top and bottom of your tongue and swish the after care solution around your mouth and swallow. It tastes like water. This is a trace mineral, and your body needs it. It is safe and nontoxic, so will not interact with any other medication you have. This after care product kills bad germs, so that the body can begin to heal itself quickly. Also try to give your tongue a rest with no heavy meals and limit your talking for awhile.
